RH Global Navigation

When I joined RH, the company was trying to expand globally but the digital foundation simply wasn’t ready. The navigation, taxonomy, and compliance systems couldn’t scale. My role was to fix that. I rebuilt the global structure of the site, redesigned the navigation for clarity and performance, and partnered with engineering to support multi-country launches. This work became the starting point for RH’s expansion into six new markets and the shift toward a more data-driven shopping experience.
