RH Top of Funnel

When I joined RH as Lead Product Designer, my mandate was to elevate the top of funnel experience as the brand moved from North America into global markets. I defined the digital strategy for awareness, built out personas grounded in AI driven data, and worked across product, engineering, and merchandising to redesign the early journey for new visitors. The result was a scalable foundation that supported launches in six international markets and helped shift RH from intuition led decisions to insight led decisions.
